Blue cloth. Design features circles with images of Paul Biya repeated across, with text "S.E. Paul Biya, President National du RDPC, Chef de l'Etat" and "H.E. Paul Biya, National President of the CPDM, Head of State" above and below each circle. Smaller circles depict a flame with the text "OFRDPC" and "WCPDM" bordering, and the text "Rassemblement democratique du people camerounais" and "Cameroon People's Democratic Movement" between the circles. The border repeats the text "Unite, Progres, Democratie" and "Unity, Progress, Democracy."
Removable adhesive on one side of each sheet holds each page to the next at the opposite edge of the paper to create an accodion-like structure when the covers are pulled away from one another, A gift in memory of Peter Ward Britton
