Skirt of black stitched taffeta in vertical stripes from 1/2" waistband to lower skirt; lower portion features applied satin ruffle bands intersecting and encircling skirt above hem; reverse pleat at center back; hook and eye closures at center back; lined in black cotton; corduroy hem facing; full length.
