Andy Landforce, wildlife management specialist, speaking to group of kids about underwater life. Andy Landforce served as the first County 4-H Agent in Wallowa County from 1946-1953. In 1953, Landforce was promoted to Wildlife Specialist.
Esther Taskerud became the Assistant State 4-H Club Leader in November of 1947. Taskerud later served as the head of Home Economics from 1963-1969, retiring in 1970.
