Alexander Hull was affiliated with KOAC's "School of the Air." Hull was a member of the General Extension staff in Portland before becoming a full time staff member for KOAC.
Author, composer and teacher, Alexander Hull, has lived all of his adult life in Oregon and is now a resident of Corvallis. He is equally capable in musical and literary lines. He was head of the music department of Pacific College from 1908 to 1935. He is now director of liberal arts programs at KOAC, the state-owned radio station at Corvallis. He is the composer of Ten Songs and many other numbers, piano and orchestra. As a writer, he has contributed more than one hundred short stories to national magazines and has gained wide recognition.
