Purse of ribbed maroon velvet embellished with delicate silver coils in a radiating sun; coil design is on flap in a floral design with leaves and saz leaves; background of design has two parallel lines of coils throughout; interior is lined in faille and has one small inner pocket; purse closes with a small metal clasp; twisted, multi-colored cord handle.
