William Jasper Kerr was the sixth president of Oregon Agricultural College from 1907-1932. Kerr increased the size of the campus with 25 new buildings, including Memorial Union, Milam Hall, and the Women's Building. Kerr also established numerous colleges, including engineering, agriculture, and home economics. After 25 years as president, Kerr became Oregon's first chancellor of higher education.

The Veterinary Clinic included an amphitheater for instruction, dissection lab, animal stalls, and "ample capacity for storing feed, and for housing guinea pigs and rabbits."
The photo shows the Monroe Street (north) entrance to the Engineering Laboratory which was completed in 1920. It originally included a materials lab, a hydraulics lab, and a steam and gas engine lab, all served by a 5-ton electric crane. Building was designed by John Bennes and named for alumnus and long-time faculty member Samuel Graf, who chaired the department of mechanical engineering from 1934 to 1954.
This silent black-and-white film was prepared under the direction of the College Editor, E.T. Reed, and received rave reviews from audiences in Corvallis and around the state. Filmed on 35 mm nitrate stock, it was transferred to 16 mm safety base film in the 1960s. Produced originally in two parts; this version combines portions of both and includes the following vignettes: Homecoming; Commerce Hall; Alumni Headquarters; Pushball game; Montana Grizzlies vs the Beavers in football; OAC Wrestlers Northwest Champions, 1925; OAC Basketball Team, 1925 Champions of the NW Conference; OAC Baseball Team, 1925 Champions of the NW Conference; Alumni Luncheon Picnic, 1925; Class of 1911 in reunion at flag pole (class gift); Chiming hall clock, a gift of the Silver Jubilee, Class of 1900; The Academic Procession from Library to the gym; and Commencement.
