Hand tinted image. Four people identified as Gertrude Bass Warner, Murray Warner, Sam Warner, and Mrs. Epperley pose next to an outdoor sculpture. This structure may be a shrine. It is composed of multiple tiers and is supported by a decorative stone base with steps. Two women (Warner is on the left, Epperley on the right) are seated on these steps, dressed in long sleeved blouses and long skirts. Sam Warner leans on the stone base and is dressed in a long sleeved shirt, belt, trousers, and shoes. On the left of the image, Murray Warner holds a hat and is dressed in a long sleeved button-up shirt and trousers. In front of the group is a wooden trough. On top of this wooden structure sits a hat with a wide brim. The ground is covered with flat rectangular rocks pieced together like brickwork. A low wooden fence, trees, and two pieces of wood are visible on the far left side of the image. A tall wooden fence and the tied roof of a dwelling is visible in the background.
