The man is dressed in a hat, button-up shirt, dark jacket with patch, light-colored pants with a belt, and dark leather shoes. Behind the car are buildings with multiple windows and numbered doors; the windows are covered with blinds. The building appears to be part of a motel or apartment complex. In front of the man is a sidewalk and a patch of lawn.
