- The board assembled outside the north entrance to the Library for this springtime photograph. Front row, from left, are Sam Kozer (Secretary of State, ex-officio), James K. Weatherford (president of the board), E. E. Wilson (secretary of the board), B. F. Irvine (treasurer of the board), Walter Pierce (Governor, ex-officio), Mrs. W. S. Kinney, and Jefferson Myers. Back row, from left, are E. B. Aldrich, Sam H. Brown, George M. Cornwall, and Harry Bailey. Not in the photo were members J. A. Churchill (Superintendent of Public Instruction, ex-officio) and George A. Palmiter (Master of the State Grange, ex-officio).
