- Skirt of white cotton with embroidered vines flowers and open-work crochet at lower skirt; six paneled skirt; 1/2" waistband; slim fitting through the hips; full-length with a long flounce from knee-length to hem pleated into a crocheted open-work band with a lasso pattern; flounce is over a plain underskirt with ruffle hem; embroidered fined bell flowers encircle skirt; lower trim repeats with crocheted open-stitch and different flower embroidery; scalloped hem trimmed in lace.
