- Dress of navy blue and cerulean blue silk velvet; bodice has a draped neckline; three-quarter length sleeves with open slit at the mid-sleeve that wraps closed at the sleeve ends; bodice is navy blue with burnout wave lines design; skirt of cerulean blue has a pointed waistline; lower mid-length; straight silhouette; side snap and hook and eye closure; long belt loops at sides, but no belt; top has shell lining of indigo crepe attached at the waist seam; dress appears to have been pieced together from two different dresses.
