Dress ensemble of medium-light blue silk with black and ivory floral paisley print; lined: a) blouse bodice has a ring collar of blue paisley, scoop neckline yoke of ivory embroidered floral lace trimmed in a silk band of stitched black silk; center-front placket of stitched black silk conceals hook and eye closure; long, blouse sleeves with band cuff of same stitched black silk; blouse bodice tucks into skirt at front and is fitted in the back waist with two panels that fall over the bustle b) Skirt is long with black ribbon band at lower portion with flounce pleated into the ribbon; pleats are released widening the bottom of the skirt; skirt is floor length and slightly longer in back; back darts can accommodate a small bustle; underskirts at flounce.
