- Black and white photo of University of Oregon distance runner Steve Prefontaine (right) with Texas Southern sprinter Robert Taylor, watching action on the track at the 1972 Olympic Trials held at Hayward Field. Prefontaine finished 4th in the 5000 meters at the Munich Olympic Games and Taylor won gold in the 4 x 100 relay and silver in the 100 meters.
