The report contains a review of the University's intercollegiate and intramural sports progams for the 1914-15 academic year. Statistics are given for each individual sport for both men and women. The document also includes a summary of some of the issues of concern to the committee, including: importance of physical exercise and the intramural sports program ; excessive publicity; academic achievement and intellectual life. The document ends with a list of recommendations, mainly related to: student participation in sports; forbidding scouting; appointing faculty representatives and creating a standing committee; scheduling practices and games; use of student body funds. The document appears to be a draft version, as there are some corrections made in pencil.
