This is Vancouver - Portland Interstate Bridge (WA-86) (aka Columbia River Interstate Bridge) Interstate 5 spanning the Columbia River Vancouver, Clark County. Built 1915 - 1917 (northbound) and 1956 - 1958 (southbound) The original 1917 bridge represented an enormous financial and engineering accomplishment, shared by Washington and Oregon. It was designed by the renowned engineering firm of Waddell & Harrington.
