Description
A black-and-white photograph of a cluttered interior space. Shelves along the wall on both sides of a corner are packed with bottles, scraps of paper and fabirc, jars containing feathers, and other miscellaneous items. Several molds of human ears and a foot hang on the wall, and a length of rope with what appears to be a noose tied into it hangs from the ceiling., The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information.
