Description
Jessup earned a BFA in graphic design at OSU in 1976. After receiving an MFA from Stanford in 1978, he worked for Korty Films, Lucasfilm, and Industrial Light and Magic. While at ILM, he received an Academy Award for special effects work on the film Innerspace and a nomination for Hook. In 1996 he joined Pixar, where he worked on many of successful films including Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc. and Ratatouille. For the latter he received an ANNIE award for Production Design in an Animated Feature.

Description
John Vincent Byrne assumed the presidency in November 1984 and served as OSU's twelfth president for eleven years until the end of 1995. Byrne began teaching at Oregon State University in 1960, and his career at the university spanned thirty-five years. He was an early leader of the OSU Sea Grant program and was the director of the Marine Science Center.

Nat Giustina graduated from OSC in 1941 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He was the recipient of the 1983 E. B. Lemon Distinguished Alumni Award.

Description
Larry Brown was born in Walla Walla, Washington, on April 1, 1928. He graduated from Grant High School in Portland, Oregon, and served in the U.S. Navy for two years before enrolling at Oregon State. Lawrence Leroy (Larry) Brown attended Oregon State College from 1948 until 1952, when he completed a BS degree in geology. Brown was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and remained active in alumni activities after his graduation. He married Frances Robson in 1953 and worked as a mineralogist and economic geologist with the Bureau of Mines in Albany, Oregon, until his retirement in 1988. Brown died in Albany, Oregon, on November 3, 2003.
