Terraced Towers depicts cell-like features with heavy emphasis on black lines. The etching is abstract and monotoned. The sketch for the plate was drawn by the artist on a digitized pad and the resulting paper printout became the basis for the original print. This process was developed by the artist and is nearly unique in the history of printmaking.
