This is piece is divided into three distinct, patterned sections. The bottom section is comprised of a two rectangles containing stacked triangles that flank a series of alternating x's and o's. The middle section occupies the most space, and it is contains a large, compressed black circle surrounded by a thick black line. The top section contains two thick black lines that extend diagonally from each corner. They are joined in the middle by concentric semicircular forms., Jack Portland; no nookies, Jack Portland graduated from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in 1971 and has worked in a variety of media, most recently fresco.
