Text and photographs by Marcia Wilson in Keaau, Hi. on April 19, 1989 of her daughter Diana and her three grandchildren: Julia, Esme, and Simon, who had been born two days earlier in Hilo, Hi. --T.p. verso; This book was published in an edition of 100 copies by the author, in April, 1993. It was modeled after a one-of-a kind book that she had created in 1989 with rubber stamps and original snapshots. She took the photographs in 1989 with a Minolta 4000 camera and reproduced them in September 1995 at Fuji color photo in Hackensack, N.J. The first edition of 100 copies was completed June 6, 1993 at 3 p.m. when at the Center for Book Arts, NYC, a group of about 14 book artists traded books on the subject of Dolls and Toys for the Artists' Book Exchange, a 'club' with no dues or meetings where we swap books on the same subject ...
