Dr. Richard M. Bullock (standing) was a Professor of Horticulture and Superintendent of the North Willamette Experiment Station from 1956-1983. Dr. Wilbur T. Cooney was Professor of Poultry Science and Dean of the School of Agriculture from 1937-1980.
