Evening dress of black tulle accented with iridescent sequins in a polka-dot pattern; long sleeves; small, round collar; stacked button and loop closure at center-front bodice with round, black satin covered buttons; mid-length, A-line skirt; tulle dress is over a strapless under-dress of blue iridescent taffeta with a sleeveless, shell yoke of beige chiffon.
