- Note
-
Built in 1897 for Patsy Clark, mining millionaire, the mansion was designed by Kirtland K. Cutter. The mansion was the Francis Lester Inn until 1982 when it was restored and served as Patsy Clark's Restaurant until 2001. Eyman, Allison, Fennessy, Hunter, and Jones, a legal firm, acquired the property in 2003 and commenced its restoration.
