Significance statement: This building was built in 1909 as a warehouse for the D . N . & E . Walte r Company. D . N . & E . Walter Company occupied the building until 1961-62, at which time they moved to 111 SE Yamhill . After significant alterations in 1965, it became a Bureau of Health office building . The building was demolished in 1979. A multi-story parking structure is now on the site .
